We are not offering Gift Cards at this time.  We will reevaluate this decision in the future if we receive a significant amount of feedback from customers requesting this option.

What are the payment options?

Acceptable forms of payment include: Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, or American Express), PayPal or Cash (In Person Sales only). Credit card and PayPal are the most convenient ways to pay.

What is your return policy?

For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, broken, or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at contact@bearlakesweets.com with details of the product and the defect. You may return the item you consider defective to PO Box 449, Garden City, Utah 84028 or email proof of defect to contact@bearlakesweets.com.

Upon receipt of the returned product or proof of defect we will issue a replacement item free of charge or issue a refund upon your request within a reasonable period of time.
